The Great Lake Tie In is on!

Come along on Saturday 15 October 2016, to the Miena Community Centre (off Cider Gum Road).

Join fly tyers from around the state for a day in the Art of Fly Tying.

This is a great chance to see Fur and Feather and all manner of materials turned into works of art.

The Tie In is a wonderful opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet some of the best fly tyers in the state.

Novice tyers are welcome to try their hand too. During the day, Master Classes in tying will be conducted by our top tyers.

The day will coincide with the Tasmanian launch of the second edition of "Australia's Best Trout Flies", compiled by Malcolm Cross. The Tasmanian contributors will be present for a book signing, and unsigned copies are available for purchase.

This event is being organised by Graham Blight with the aim of making it a yearly event similar to the Bronte Tie Ins of the past.

Put this date in your diary and please spread the word.
